Bringing a unique industry perspective, Kimberly Randall joined the Drug Free Workplaces team in 2022. She leveraged her experience and knowledge of the trucking and healthcare industries to assist her on this side of the industry with DOT and non-DOT companies.
In both industries, Kimberly’s responsibilities included direct oversight of quality and personnel matters. During her five years in the trucking industry, Kimberly held roles in recruiting and quality control, while working closely with the safety and human resources departments. Not only does Kimberly have experience with DOT companies, she also worked in the healthcare arena. For more than two decades, Kimberly built her knowledge and understanding of the medical field through financial management, coding, billing, daily operations, patient coordination, and more. She also managed staff, onboarding, payroll, ongoing training, and quality control.
In her role as Randoms and Verifications Coordinator, Kimberly is responsible for multiple aspects of the testing process. She manages the random selections for drug and alcohol testing on behalf of the clients and the subsequent client notifications regarding the tests. Additionally, she processes Clearinghouse queries and billing, as well as accounts receivable for Drug Free Workplaces and completes supply orders and requests.

Kimberly loves to nurture her creativity when away from the office. Her current creative past times include art, painting, and photography, but she enjoys exploring other artsy avenues as well. Most importantly, she loves to spend as much of her time with her family.
