Joining the team in 2014, Alexa Bauer brings nearly 20 years of bookkeeping and account management experience to Drug Free Workplaces.
As the director of accounts and operations, Alexa’s responsibilities include account management, client onboarding, policy implementation, client billing, and program oversight. She also provides support to the medical review officer and reviews reports for mandated and non-mandated testing.
Alexa capitalized the experience she gained in account management at her previous jobs and applied those skills to her current role, while continuing to seek opportunities to grow and learn more. Prior to Drug Free Workplaces, she worked for a large contractor/builder, a hospice organization, and insurance agency in their accounting and bookkeeping departments.

When she is away from work, Alexa embraces the Florida landscape and enjoys fishing and other water activities. She also loves to travel, but her favorite pastime is relaxing with her family and friends.
